  6. This is a port of version 2.30a of the Gofer functional programming
  7. language, which can be considered a dialect of Haskell. It is also
  8. very similar to the commercially available language Miranda. It
  9. contains two versions of both the Gofer interpreter environment and
  10. the Gofer->C compiler. To use the latter without recompiling the
  11. source you will need SAS/C 6.51.
  12.  
  13. I recommend downloading the Vim 3.0 editor - it works great with
  14. Gofer.
